On behalf of Dad and all our family I would like to thank all the staff at Villaggio that have cared for him over the past three years.
I have always been very happy with the care Dad received at Villaggio but over the past month I have been even more impressed. All staff showed respect, kindness and a genuine fondness of Dad.
I am also very grateful that Dad was able to remain at Villaggio until the end and not moved to the unfamiliar surrounds of a hospital.
Last week many staff dropped in to say goodbye to Dad and I was very touched by the guard of honour when he left.
Please pass on my sincere thanks and gratitude to all the staff. It is such an important job they do and I have appreciated it every day Dad was there.
